Description
You're success at liberating items from trophy vaults has earned you the title of Liberator.
How to Get
Complete a base raid to steal an Item of Power. While formal raids to steal Items of Power are not yet active, informal raids are active, and if one is done on a base that holds an Item of Power, the badge will be awarded upon clicking on the Item of Power.
Notes
The villain version of this badge is called Master Thief.
