Overview
Rogue is a step in the alignment process of a villain becoming a hero. In order to switch sides, a player must have Going Rogue.
Desdemona is Going Rogue's poster child for redemption.
Becoming a Rogue
Starting at Level 20, a Villain can begin the process of becoming a Rogue. A Rogue can then work to become a Hero.
A Rogue will have villain-content mission contacts and access to the villain version of the Ouroboros zone. However, Rogues may also move to Paragon City via Cooperative Zones or by using Submariner Janus's submarine. While in Paragon City, a Rogue can team with Heroes and Vigilantes to do hero-side content, visit Wentworths, use stores, and perform Radio missions and Safeguard missions. A Rogue may also start a hero Task Force as the leader.
