The Abandoned Labs, added in Issue 13, are located in Port Oakes and St. Martial instead of a full University campus. Villains can purchase Recipes, or use Invention Salvage to craft them, by using the Invention Worktables left behind the mysteriously (and likely volently) vanished previous occupants.
The Abandoned Labs, unlike the full University campus in Cap Au Diable, do not offer a tutorial or Midnighter Club access.
