Overview

Winston the Gent

Winston the Gent is a villain contact in Nerva Archipelago.

Introductions

Contact Introduced By

  • None, Winston the Gent is a broker and will assign missions after completing Rogue Isle Protector assignments.

New Contact(s)

Have you met Darla Mavis yet? Believe it or not, she used to be a hero, until one of her own men accidentally sapped her powers for good. Now, she despises heroes. She'll be more than happy to help you take on Longbow and the Freedom Corps. That could really help your rep. Plus she can get you Magic and Mutant Enhacements. Always a good deal.

Darla's a cynical snake, but she's smart. Just don't betray her.

Have you met Lieutenant Demitrovich? Yes, she's officially a Longbow agent, but word is she's willing to do some dirty deeds. She can get you Mutant and Science Enhacements.

I heard that the only reason she hasn't been nabbed as a double agent yet was because she's in good with the Captain Yushenko of Longbow.

I know a guy that hangs out in the alleys of Crimson Cove in the Nerva Archipelago. I don't actually know his name, but he's a good source of information on what's going down in that part of the world. I hear he can get you Natural and Technology Enhacements.

Information

Broker

Winston is that rare thief. One of breeding and education. He's used his advantages and the guise of a butler to network with service staff all over the city. You'd be surprised what even the most close-mouthed crime lord will say in front of a maid he doesn't think speaks English.

Initial Contact

Oh, hello, Villain! Terribly nice to meet you. I'm called Winston the Gent by you yanks. I suppose anyone with a sense of manners in this place is a "gentleman". I happen to own a cleaning service, and you'd be surprised the access we get. Perhaps we can find a way to capitalize on them, you and I.

Missions

Rob Independence Port Bank (Mayhem Mission)

Briefing

Ready to cause some mayhem in Paragon City? Go to Independence Port and hit one of the banks there. Once you hit Independence Port you'll have 15 minutes to rob the bank and escape.

"Be careful! Aurora Borealis has been seen in the area, if you bring more than a few villains with you she might take notice!"

This is a Mayhem Mission. You can earn extra time by destroying property and creating diversions away from the bank itself.

Each type of item rewards a single time bonus after you destroy a certain ammount of that item. For each person on your team, you will need to destroy more of that particular item to get the time bonus.

Three random side missions can be found on this map. Keys (found by defeating certain enemies) are needed to unlock these side missions. Each completed side mission also rewards a time bonus.

Every character that is at least level 25 receives a special temporary power the first time they successfully complete this mission.

Mission Acceptance

Expect some resistance from Longbow. They've been monitoring the activities of villains in the Rogue Isles for quite some time.

You take a tug and smuggle directly into Independence Port. Rob the bank and cause some destruction!

Mission Objective(s)

  • Steal money from vault
  • Defeat Hero to escape

Debriefing

Excellent work, Villain! You have spread mayhem in Independence Port!
