Why are you removing the Character template?  I'm pretty sure on the forums, there wasn't anything about removing as much of it as possible?  [[User:Sera404|Sera404]] 23:15, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

:Actually there was some discussion about that a while back (I'll see if I can dig up the link).  It's also documented somewhere else I saw modified in the past couple of days (and I'll try to dig that up as well.) --[[User:Eabrace|Eabrace]] 00:02, 30 November 2007 (UTC)

To whoever's working on this:

Why are you removing the Character template? I'm pretty sure on the forums, there wasn't anything about removing as much of it as possible? Sera404 23:15, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

Actually there was some discussion about that a while back (I'll see if I can dig up the link). It's also documented in the Article Guidelines policy (currently in-work.) That being said, I did leave it in one spot in the "letter addressed to" clue because I didn't see a good way to remove it. And I do like the idea of having a template to put in there when we do need it so that the reference has a standard format across the board. --Eabrace 00:09, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
