Buff set
This was listed as being a Buff set. 7 of the 9 powers damage or debuff the enemy. Only 2 provide a beneficial effect to the player or the player's allies. I don't think that qualifies it as a buff set. -- Sekoia 06:23, 24 February 2007 (PST)
