Have an account active for sixty or more months.

Rewards

Earning the City Traveler badge rewards all characters on the account with 1 Free Character Slot Per account, 5 Merit Rewards, and unlocks full access to the four travel pools (Flight, Speed, Teleportation, and Leaping) at level six, allowing the first three powers in each of those sets to be taken without a prerequisite. The fourth power still requires its normal prerequisites (level 20 and 2 other powers). [1]

Example
Players can choose Super Jump from Leaping at level six without taking Combat Jumping or Jump Kick. However, Acrobatics still requires two other powers from Leaping and level 20 to open.
