This is a documentation subpage for Template:Stub (see that page for the template itself).
It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page.

Usage

Stubs are incomplete articles that can stand alone, yet still need additional editing.

They differ from Work in Progress articles by still being usable, where the Wip articles should just be incomplete notes and such.
