When logging back into Pocket D, the Clubber boost, a 10% recovery bonus which suppresses in combat, is granted if the Clubber badge was not previously earned.  With the Clubber badge, the Frequent Clubber boost, a 12.5% recovery bonus which suppresses in combat, is granted instead.

Description

You spent your free time mingling with the both the heroes of Paragon City and the villains of the Rogue Isles in Pocket D earning you the Clubber Day Job. Logging out in Pocket D will earn you a bonus to your out of combat Recovery, when you log back in, for a short time.
