Briefing

We have reports of an attack by the Council against the Founders' Falls bank! The situation is dire, and we need a hero or a team of heroes to head to Founders Falls and stop that attack! The robbery is in progress, so you won't have more than 5 minutes to thwart the heist before they make an escape. There are rumors that Arachnos may have loaned the Council one of their elite villains to this mission, so be ready to call for back up.

This is a Safeguard mission. Once you prevent the heist, you will have 15 minutes to explore the area and potentially earn extra rewards before the P.P.D. lock down the area. You can earn extra time by defeating vandals and completing side missions, however you can lose time if they destroy too much of the city.

Mission Acceptance

The Council and the villain aren't the only problem. Word has it that Crey Industries has decided to test their latest "Defensive Weaponry" by trying it out during the cover of the attack! The more you stop them, the less of a chance their weapons testing will bear fruit.

Periodically, vandals will arrive to destroy parts of the city. You will see a message when they arrive, and their locations will be displayed in your minimap.

Mission Objective(s)

Founders Falls. A bastion of true beauty, marred by the presence of the Crey Corporation lining the streets. The Council are standing at alert at certain locations, while causing a distraction by destroying property in others. You've been tipped off that Arachnos will lead the charge to the bank, so stay alert!.

BUG?:During this mission, the group attacking the bank will be Arachnos troops, though the briefing describes them as Council. They even have Council names, so I'm suspecting the spawns are messed somehow. Besides, there are other minor bugs: the boss in my Arson mission was an Ascendant Archon with the name "Galaxy Archon", and NPCs in the streets will mention later the attacking group in Founders as "The Family".
