Overview
Costume Code Cards provided a way for players to get permanent versions of costume power codes, many of which weren't available anywhere else in-game. These cards were typically distributed at conventions and meet & greet events, although some codes were offered through the official forums as contest rewards and all event-exclusive codes were eventually available for purchase through the Paragon Market. Once applied to a player's account, these powers were available to all characters on the account and did not expire as the trick or treat powers did.
