Description
These Molotov Cocktails are fashioned from advanced Praetorian plasma fuels and can burn for quite some time independent of any other fuel source. These were taken from participants in a protest against Emperor Cole in Nova Praetoria.
How to Get
Take part in the Nova Praetoria The Protest Event and make enough of a contribution to the event for it to appear on the reward table.
