Cosmetic Surgeon Only

Cosmetic Surgeons are Icon or Facemaker employees that allow a player to do all the normal costume changes of a tailor plus the ability to change the gender, body type, and overall height.

- Independence Port, in the back near Lauren
- Founders' Falls, in the back near Carson

Villain Cosmetic Surgeons

Facemaker Surgeon in any Facemaker store:
- Cap au Diable, in the back near Gorgeous Glenda
- St. Martial, in the back near Lovely Linda

Co-Op Cosmetic Surgeons

Trina the Body Sculptress in the Tiki Room of Pocket D
Icon Employee in Rikti War Zone (across the hall from the infirmary; north end of the motor pool)
