Description
Event and Contest Versions
This costume will let you dress up as one of the Praetorian Clockwork at any time. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.

How to Get
Halloween
This costume is not available during Halloween Events.
Events
Game codes for this costume power were given out at Hero-Con 2009 on October 24-25, 2009. One code permanently unlocks this power on all characters (Heroes and Villains, current and future) for one account.
Contests
City of Heroes community developers Avatea, Niviene, and theOcho held contests on the "Forum Games" section of the City of Heroes forums every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from January 11, 2010, to July 30, 2010. The winners of these contests were given a choice of one of six costume codes, including the Praetorian Clockwork costume.
Paragon Market
This power was available for sale separately on the Paragon Market for 480 Paragon Points on August 28, 2012.
It was also available as part of the Praetorian Android Transformation Power Pack for 240pp until September 3, 2012.
