Crab Spider Soldier

Overview

Crab Spider Soldier is a primary career track power set for Arachnos Soldiers. It becomes available to the character once they reach Threat Level 24, at which time they can respec to take the powers at their minimum level requirements. Before level 24, the character only has access to the Arachnos Soldier power set. The other primary career track power set is Bane Spider Soldier.

"Crab Spiders are heavy infantry in the Arachnos Orgnization, with a wide array of ranged and melee combat skills."

Arm Lash

The Crab Spider's backpack is capable of making rapid attacks with its many arms dealing heavy damage to foes within a short cone in front of the user.

Frag Grenade

Launches an M30 Grenade at long range from an arm of your backpack. The explosion from this grenade affects all within the blast and can knock them back.

Longfang

Your Longfang Channelgun may also fire short bursts, causing greater damage. This attack also reduces your foe's defense.

Omega Maneuver

You may use the Arachnos Teleporation system to summon an Omega Bomb in the midst of your enemies. The Omega Bomb immediately sends out a short range psionic signal and hypnotic light display to draw the attention of those nearby, causing them to approach the device. Then it detonates, causing massive damage to all enemies in a wide radius.

Editor's Note:

Although not mentioned in the description, the Omega Bomb also Disorients its targets. It cannot be attacked or destroyed prematurely.
