The Paragon Police Department can't come close to keeping you behind bars.
How to Get
Defeat 1000 members of the Paragon Police Department. They spawn in Mayhem Missions and several normal missions.

- Outlaw on villains and rogues
- Thin Line on heroes and vigilantes
In previous versions of the game, earning this badge unlocked the emote ListenStolenPoliceBand. All characters can now use that emote without any requirements.
