Frozen Fury is an events badge for defeating a Winter Lord that spawns in outdoor zones during Winter Events.
How To Get
Frozen Fury is awarded for being on a team that defeats a Winter Lord Giant Monster (and deals at least 10% of the damage to it) during Winter Events (except for 2005). As such, it is only available during those events.
