To obtain this power, you must rescue the paramedic hostage in the Stop the Trolls from hitting the party mission from Colleen Saramago, Jake Montoya, Maggie Greene and Wyatt Anderson.

Or, rescue the Police negotiator in the Rescue the auction house workers mission from Dr. Ann-Marie Engles, Juliana Nehring, Olivia Chung, or Pavel Garnier.

This power will be lost when you return to the contact.
