Flight is one of the Power Pools available to all characters. It grants various travel abilities and flying combat abilities.

Flight unlocks one of the most useful attacks: Air Superiority. Fly as a travel power is one of the safest ways to travel.
Players are able to pick Air Superiority, Hover, and Fly starting from level 4 in any order without any prerequisite. Evasive Maneuvers and Group Fly are level 14 power choices, and require two other Flight Powers before selection.

Very slow version of fly. Costs little endurance though and is very useful in combat.

Hover and Fly also grant psuedo Knockback protection. You may still get knocked back and spin around, but since you're flying you don't have to worry about jumping back up.

Moderate damage, foe knockdown and -fly. Very useful in bringing down flying foes, and slotted right can literally juggle foes to death. It has very good accuracy on it's own and good chance to knockdown.

While either Fly, Hover or Group Fly are active, Evasive Maneuvers increases fly speed and movement control. It will also grant resistance against knockback, and protection against -Fly and Immobilization. Evasive Maneuvers provides a moderate amount of Defense even while on the floor, but this defense is lost if you attack, buff allies, give an order to pets or interact with a mission objective. You must be at least level 14 and have two other Flight Powers before selecting Evasive Maneuvers.

Effective Fly for you and your Team members. Same endurance usage but at slow speeds, and a major hit to Accuracy. Not recommended for use in combat.
