Debiliative Action is a Immobilize Enhacements Set in the Invention System. It is available in the 10-30 level range.

    Adds a 2% chance to Disorient your foe.

Set Bonuses

  • (2) Improves the duration of your immobilize effects by 4%
  • (3) Increases Cold resistance by 2.5%
  • (4) Grants 2% debt protection.
  • (5) Increases area effect defense by 2.5%
  • (6) Increases Toxic resistance by 2.5%
