Introductions

Contact Introduces

Your reputation in Paragon City has grown. The people have come to respect you and many good citizens are seeking your help. Go see Detective Rogers to be introduced to a new Contact.

Multiple contact options
There are a couple people I know want to meet you.
Single contact option
I've got someone I'd like you to meet.

Level 15-19

I know this guy, his name's Cho Ge. He's a little shady. He even used to be a gangster, but these days he's working for the good guys. He knows everything about the Tsoo and the Council. Cho Ge hangs out in Skyway City nowadays.

As long as you watch your step with Cho Ge, you will benefit from his knowledge.

There's a Hmong businessman named Kong Bao who's a real leader in his community. You should talk to him. I'm sure you'd find him quite helpful, especially when it comes to the Tsoo and the Circle of Thorns. Mr. Kong has strong ties to Skyway City.

You will be helping a great man, Character.

Dr. Ann-Marie Engles is a real expert in the field of cybernetics. She is fascinated with the technical aspect of the Vahzilok and the social impact of the Outcasts. Dr. Engles has set up shop in Skyway City.

You'll learn a lot from Dr. Engles; she's always happy to lend heroes a hand.

Level 20-24

I've been asked to introduce you to Lt. Gosford from the Paragon City Police Department. He runs a special unit that is focused on bringing down the Sky Raiders and the Council. Gosford's connections within the department give him access to Training Enhancements.

Gosford is used to working with heroes. You will get along fine.

If you are looking for a partner to help you take down the Banished Pantheon, Andrea Mitchell would be a great choice. She is very dedicated and her connections are top notch. She also has a lot of interest in the Circle of Thorns. Andrea has access to Training Enhancements.

I have a good feeling about you and Andrea.

The INS has a woman named Amanda Loomis who works well with heroes. She is trying to keep the Tsoo situation from turning any uglier than it already has, and she also has a deep interest in the Warriors. Amanda should be able to get you Training Enhancements.

Amanda likes to use metaphors, but she understands the realities of Paragon City all too well.

Information

Police Liaison

Detective Rogers is a 30 year veteran on the force, whose experience has helped numerous heroes.

Wrong Detective

You're Character, right? Now wait, I heard about this from HQ. Hold on, you're supposed to be working with Martins, right? Sorry for that mix-up.

Too Low Level

Look, I know you want to help, but I need to know you can take care of yourself first. Come back when you're certified for security level 5 at least, okay?

Initial Contact

I've been a cop for a long time, Character, and experience has taught me to appreciate when someone offers to help. Once you've done some things and we've gotten to know you, we'll be sure to contact you if a real emergency comes up.

Now that you've gotten a Police Radio, you can start scanning Police chatter to hear about the crimes as they're committed in your current zone. You can then act on a report by selecting it from the Police Radio, listed under your Contacts.

Greeting

  • We got a situation, Character.
  • Hey, Hero. You here to help?

Too Busy

You gotta slow down there, Character. You got enough to do right now. Finish some other things first, alright?

No More Missions

We've got things under control right now, but keep your ear open and listen to the police band.
