Overview
Dr. Nelson is a captive under Malta Operatives care that you must kidnap. Dr. Nelson is a former Portal Corporation researcher who defected to the Malta Operatives, in Grandville, Rogue Islands, with the faction of Valuable Scientist.
He is one of four probable candidates with the knowledge of portal technology to advance Lord Recluse's Operation: DESTINY.
He can be found on the third Patron arc mission from Ghost Widow, Kidnap Dr. Belson.
