Halloween Version
It's Halloween! Time to dress up and have some fun. This costume will let you dress up as a Freakshow Boss at any time during the next two weeks. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.

How to Get
Halloween Version
This power is rewarded as a Treat during the Halloween Trick or Treat event.
Comic-Con: International Version
This power was given to people who attended the Comic Con: International in 2008 and received one of one thousand passes to the Pocket D Jubilee which took place at Auberine on Saturday, July 26, from 8 pm to 1:30 am.
