Description
Halloween Version
It's Halloween! Time to dress up and have some fun. This costume will let you dress up as a Freakshow Boss at any time during the next two weeks. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.

How to Get
Halloween Version
This power is rewarded as a Treat during the Halloween Trick or Treat event.
San Diego Comic-Con 2008 Version
This power was given to people who attended San Diego Comic-Con 2008 and received one of one thousand passes to the Pocket D Jubilee which took place at Aubergine on July 26, 2008.
Forum Contests
Starting in January, 2010, the City of Heroes community developers began to run contests on the "Forum Games" section of the City of Heroes forums. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, these contests were held by Niviene, Avatea, and theOcho. The winners of these contests were given a choice of one of six possible costume codes, including the Freakshow Boss costume.
Paragon Market
