Overview
Kinetic Melee is a primary powerset for Brutes, Scrappers, and Stalkers, and a secondary powerset for Tankers, that was announced as a feature for Going Rogue.
Developer Comments
In a forum post, Castle made the following cryptic remark:
- [quoted] Shouldn't Kinetic Melee have an inherent power that makes your attacks stronger the more you are hit?
- Powersets don't tend to get Inherent powers. Archetypes do.
- That said...you are on the right track, aside from that.
