Overview
The Legacy Chain are an enemy group in City of Villains.

Pledged of Steel
The Legacy Chain works to ensure the mystic arts are used only for good. At the foundation of the Chain is the Legacy of the Sword. They are the strong arm of the group and protect the mystics of the other Legacies with their lives. They never retreat and willingly give their lives for their sacred cause.

Throwing Dagger Ranged, Lethal
Throwing knife.
Slash Melee, Lethal
Broadsword slash.
Lambent of Light
The Legacy Chain works to ensure the mystic arts are used only for good. The Legacy of Light are the order's lowest-ranking sorcerers.

Light Bolt Ranged, Energy, Foe Knockback
A quick attack that rapidly hurls small bolts of light at foes, sometimes knocking them down. Fast, but little damage.
Fist of Light (Melee) Foe Disorient
A Fist of Light has Disoriented you.
Resistance Auto, Self +Resistances: Energy
Legacy of Light are resistant to Energy damage but vulnerable to Negative Energy.
Ember of Flame
The Legacy Chain works to ensure the mystic arts are used only for good. The Legacy of Flame has learned to harness their magic into fiery blasts.

Flares Ranged, Fire, Damage over Time, Fire
A quick attack that throws Flares at the target. Little damage, but very fast.
Scorch Melee, Fire, Damage over Time, Fire
The Legacy of Flame's hands are engulfed in flames, igniting the target.
Fire Smash Melee, Heavy Smash, Fire
Legacy of Flame fire punch attack.
Resistance Auto, Self +Resistances: Fire
Legacy of Flame are resistant to Fire Damage but vulnerable to Cold.

Stone Fist Melee, Smash, Foe Disorient
The Legacy of Earth punches his foes with mighty Fists of Stone. Stone Fist is a fairly swift attack that may Disorient your opponent.
Resistance Auto, Self +Resistances: Smash, Toxic
Legacy of Earth are resistant to Smashing and Toxic Damage but vulnerable to Negative Energy.

Broadsword slash.
Slice Melee, Cone, Lethal, Moderate Damage, Foe -Defense
You Slice your sword in a wide arc, attacking all enemies in front of you. Slice does less damage than Slash, but can hit multiple foes and reduces their defense. Damage: Moderate, Recharge: Moderate

Fire Blast Ranged, Fire, Damage over Time, Fire
Sends a blast of fire at a targeted foe and sets the target on fire for a short period of time. Slower recharge rate than Flares, but more damage.
Ring of Fire Foe Immobilize, Damage over Time (Fire)
Immobilize your target in a Ring of Fire. Deals some Damage over Time. Very accurate! Most resilent foes may require multiple Fire Rings to Immobilize.
Fire Sword Melee, Fire, Damage over Time
The Legacy of Flame can summon a fire sword that sets foes ablaze. Sucessful attacks will also do a slight damage over time.
Resistance Auto, Self +Resistances: Fire
Legacy of Flame are resistant to Fire Damage but vulnerable to Cold.
Terran of Earth
The Legacy Chain works to ensure the mystic arts are used only for good. The Legacy of Earth commands the forces of nature.

The Terran of Earth can open up a portal and pull in a heavy object that he can then levitate and propel at foes.
Entangle Moderate Damage over Time, Foe Immobilize, -Defense, -Fly
You have been entangled which is slowly crushing you! Your Defense is reduced, and you cannot move or Fly

Light Blast sends a focused beam of light at a foe that can knock him back.
Light Explosion (Ranged) Targeted Area of Effect, Smash/Energy, Foe Knockback
Hurls a blast of charged light that violently explodes on impact, damaging all foes near the target.
Fist of Light (Melee) Foe Disorient
A Fist of Light has Disoriented you.
Siphon Life Foe -Accuracy
Your Accuracy has been reduced by the Siphon Life attack.

The tellus of earth can open up a portal and pull in a heavy object that he can then levitate and propel at foes.
Strangler Ranged, Damage over Time, Smash, Foe Hold
Legacy of Earth has Held you in roots.
Roots Moderate Damage over Time, Foe Immobilize, -Defense, -Fly
You have been entangled which is slowly crushing you! Your Defense is reduced, and you cannot move or Fly
Entangle Moderate Damage over Time, Foe Immobilize, -Defense, -Fly

Heavy Mallet Melee Smash, Superior Damage, Foe Knockdown
A more impressive form of Stone Mallet, the Heavy Mallet deals more damage, but is slower to swing. It has a greater chance of knocking down opponents. Damage: Superior; Recharge: Slow.
Rock Armor Self Toggle, +Resistance (Lethal, Smashing)
While this power is active, the caster's skin becomes Stone. Rock Armor make the caster highly resistant to Smashing and Lethal based attacks. They are less likely to land and affect the caster.
Animate Stone Summon Golem: Melee Heavy Damage (Smashing)
Earth and stone coalesce to form an incredibly tough entity that can attack your foes. The Animated Stone is not alive and is immune to Psionic damage. It is also virtually immune to Sleep, Immobilize, Disorient, and Hold effects. The entity will follow you for quite a while, and can be healed and buffed like any teammate. Recharge: Very Long.
