Overview
Archus is an Archvillain from the Circle of Thorns. He can be found at the end of Ice Mistral's Strike Force.
Description
Despite your efforts, Archus has nearly completed his psychic network using the shards of Serafina's crystal. Stop him, or you could wind up as his pawn forever!

Before combat: "Everyone within the Rogue Isles will be under my control!"

First blood: "Hah! Taste my power!"
75% health: "Arise, my minions!"
