Definition

  1. A Hero or Villain who possesses a character build after respecification of their powers which is now unsuitable for Exemplaring or Malefactoring due to key powers missing at a specific level. This is very noticable on lower-level Task Forces or Strike Forces.
Example - a Tanker who, after respecification, takes their Taunt and Taunt aura powers at very late levels such as level 47 and 49.
