Ted Dubois is brutal and completely without sentiment and he maintains a hawk-eyed vigil over his casino, observing everything that occurs with an exacting attention to detail.

Unlike most casinos that use brute thugs to dissuade thieves and con artists, Sylvia Rexson has used her deadly arts to cultivate a horrible legend regarding what happens to those that attempt to steal, cheat or defraud the casino.
