Overview

Temporal Scaling is a phenomenon that lowers the power level of characters when they enter a time flow via Flashback that cannot support their current level after using a Pillar of Ice and Flame. Their power level is scaled down to the maximum level that fits that time period. This effect is equivalent to exemplaring.
