Have you met Lieutenant Demitrovich? Yes, she's officially a Longbow agent, but word is she's willing to do some dirty deeds. She can get you Mutant and Science Enhancements.
I heard that the only reason she hasn't been nabbed as a double agent yet was because she's in good with the Captain Yushenko of Longbow.
Have you met Darla Mavis yet? Believe it or not, she used to be a hero, until one of her own men accidentally sapped her powers for good. Now, she despises heroes. She'll be more than happy to help you take on Longbow and the Freedom Corps. That could really help your rep. Plus she can get you Magic and Mutant Enhancements. Always a good deal.
Darla's a cynical snake, but she's smart. Just don't betray her.
I know a guy that hangs out in the alleys of Crimson Cove in the Nerva Archipelago. I don't actually know his name, but he's a good source of information on what's going down in that part of the world. I hear he can get you Natural and Technology Enhancements.
He's kinda paranoid, but his information is solid.
