Winter Event

One of the Winter Horde welcomes you to open a present.

The Winter Event is an annual occurrence in the "City of" franchise. It runs for a few weeks during December every year since 2004. The event features the special enemy group, the Winter Horde, in addition to skiing, badges, temporary powers, and costume pieces.

Other hallmarks of this event are the Ski Chalet and its activities, the Candy Keeper and his goodies, and Presents.
