Question:  Is this treated as a set bonus, i.e. if you drop more than three levels below the level of the IO, then you'll lose effect of it for that duration?  If so, shouldn't that be added onto the article somehow?  Sera404 21:49, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

:It's definitely not being disabled if you exemp down more than three levels below the IO.  I have a +Stealth IO on several characters and no matter how far I exemp them down, the Stealth bonus still activates when I turn on the associated power.  That's identical to the behavior I see for every other proc or global I've slotted in a build (i.e. Scirocco's Dervish, Ghost Widow's Embrace, Devastation, Regen Tissue).  I'm pretty sure dropping below the IO's level only cancels it out in the set bonus calculations. --Eabrace 21:59, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
::So basically, as long as the power the IO is slotted in is still active at the point you exemplar, then the IO will still work.  Hrm.  Think some new templates ought to be made just for stating which one it is and posted on all the proc IOs?  I'm definitely sure LotG 7.5% counts itself as a set bonus, so was just wondering about other ones.  :3  Sera404 22:20, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

Question: Is this treated as a set bonus, i.e. if you drop more than three levels below the level of the IO, then you'll lose effect of it for that duration? If so, shouldn't that be added onto the article somehow? Sera404 21:49, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

It's definitely not being disabled if you exemp down more than three levels below the IO.
So basically, as long as the power the IO is slotted in is still active at the point you exemplar, then the IO will still work. Hrm. Think some new templates ought to be made just for stating which one it is and posted on all the proc IOs? I'm definitely sure LotG 7.5% counts itself as a set bonus, so was just wondering about other ones. :3 Sera404 22:20, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
