The mission goals are unclear. There are two glowies: a file cabinet and a chest. There are two "bosses" on the map; one guards Ohmtown, and The Gatherer.

I just:
* Rescued Ohmtown (Is it the rescue or the defeat of the guards that triggers completion of one "3 cult clues"?)
* Defeated The Gatherer
* Clicked on the file cabinet

...and the mission completed.

It is possible the requirements are both bosses and the file cabinet. I'll check again the next time I pass by...

Okay, there seems to be an inconsistancy between the Wiki and Red Tomax's guide. Red Tomax lists Maros as being level 25-30, not 25-29 as noted here. My experience confirms the 25-30 range, so I'm fixing this.Distantantennas 09:52, 20 November 2006 (PST)

I changed it back for now, but I do suggest that you discuss it on the forums. The main reason I changed it is that this would be a big change that would need to be done to all of the contacts, so it is better to discuss it first. Here is a thread about it. - Snorii 06:19, 21 November 2006 (PST)
Ah. I didn't realize this was a wiki-wide policy, just figured it was a munging of the levels. I tend to think of the contact ranges as "What's the first level where I can get missions from this contact," and "What's the highest level where I can get missions from this contact". I'll write something up for the forums. Thanks. Distantantennas 10:04, 22 November 2006 (PST)

Speak with Tarixus

[NPC] Relithraxus the Agonizer: We'll simply have to make sure that none of them leave alive. Then we'll deal with Maros.
[NPC] Relithraxus the Agonizer: Die in agony!

[NPC] Defender: Oh, spare me. Kill them all.
[NPC] Ohmtown: What is this, grammar school?
[NPC] Ohmtown: Yo, Operative B. Price! How 'bout some help with these wack cult-types.
[NPC] Ohmtown: A'ight. 'Sup, Operative B. Price. You helped me, so I'll help you. We good?
[NPC] Spectral Daemon: Operative B. Price has the captive! ATTACK!
[NPC] Ohmtown: Good.

Pre-emptive strike

[NPC] Mad Freak Buckshot: This one is unclean!
[NPC] Ohmtown: Look, man, we all Freaks.

Make a pre-emptive strike against the Freakshow Cultists
