::I've spent the last hour or so playing around with the Hidden section and trying to see if I could prevent it from expanding all the way across the available space. Apparently, something inherent to NavFrame automatically forces the box to use a width of 100% - but 100% of the max possible, not of the currently available. (Why that doesn't also force it over into the navigation menu at the left, I'm not sure.) At any rate, if we placed a "width" in the style on the Hidden NavFrame definition, we could prevent a 100% width from being default, but articles would look better in some screen resolutions than in others. That doesn't strike me as a good solution. I'll give it some more thought and see if I can come up with a different plan of attack. --[[User:Eabrace|Eabrace]] [[File:Healthbar notify phone.png|20px|link=User talk:Eabrace]] 08:32, 31 August 2009 (UTC) | ::I've spent the last hour or so playing around with the Hidden section and trying to see if I could prevent it from expanding all the way across the available space. :::Experimenting some more today. From what I'm seeing so far, it would appear that the root of the problem goes even deeper than the NavFrame itself. ::::Would it be better to move the dialogue bit just before "Neighborhoods" in a "Reconnaissance Report" header? I think Rikti War Zone probably has the longest overview template, and the box ends before Neighborhoods, on 1680x1050 screen. Not sure how it would be on a larger screen though. Problem with using the NPC speech template so high in the article - the bar stretches right across the article, obscuring part of the other box template. At least, this is the case on Firefox. I gather it will be the same on all other hazard/trial zone articles... Sera404 01:59, 31 August 2009 (UTC)
- I agree we need to find a better placement for it, preferably with its own heading, far enough down that it won't interfere with the zone overview template. User:Aggelakis/Sig1 02:38, 31 August 2009 (UTC)
- I've spent the last hour or so playing around with the Hidden section and trying to see if I could prevent it from expanding all the way across the available space. Apparently, something inherent to NavFrame automatically forces the box to use a width of 100% - but 100% of the max possible, not of the currently available. (Why that doesn't also force it over into the navigation menu at the left, I'm not sure.)
