I was just referred from Gordon to Kelly at level 31. Not to Buck Salinger. And Kelly is giving me missions, no referral. So her level range is a little different than listed. How in the world (or netherword, as the case may be) does a ghost have a cell phone? Who's paying for this thing?

There is a Penelope Nemmers named ghost that fights you in one of Gordon Bower missions. Is it mentioned anywhere if she and Kelly are related? -- Leandro 09:53, 7 January 2007 (PST)
Level Range
I was just referred from Gordon to Kelly at level 31. Not to Buck Salinger. And Kelly is giving me missions, no referral. So her level range is a little different than listed. Unless it's somehow relevant that I have an open story arc from Gordon? HarshLanguage 22:49, 2 June 2007 (EDT)
