Description

This device was invented by Positron, specifically to interfere with the signals the Clockwork King uses to animate his minions. This is the upgraded model. It still has only one shot, but should be more effective.


How to Get

This power is granted to the team leader upon accepting the Go talk to the foreman mission in the Synapse Task Force.
