This recipe, when crafted, will give the crafting character the ability to add the Winged Boots at the Tailor.
There are four styles of Winged Boots, which all become available with the recipe: "Plate", "Pegasus", "Dragon", and "Tech". They all give your character a blurred aura when moving, jumping, or flying, and the aura color is dependent on the primary color of the boots.
This recipe may not be purchased at a Merit Vendor.

Recipe
This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by defeating enemies, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is an uncommon drop.
This recipe may be sold to a store for 100 inf. However, other players may be willing to pay more for it through the Auction House.
This recipe is considered level 1 for crafting purposes. The requirements for crafting this enhancement are:
