Overview

Psionic Melee is a primary power set for Scrappers, Brutes, and Stalkers, and a secondary power set for Tankers. It was slated for release in late 2012, and some details were leaked prior to the set's announcement.

"You are able to strike at foes with psychic projections including deadly psi blades. Psionic Melee provides excellent crowd control by dominating the minds of its victims. Your psionic damaging attacks have a chance to grant you Insight into your enemies. While you have Insight, your psionic damage powers cause additional psionic damage over time and your Boggle and Psi Blade Sweep powers become more potent."

Powers

PsionicMelee AssassinsPsiBlade.png Assassin's Psi Blade

A signature Stalker attack. This attack does superior psionic and smashing damage on its own as a frontal attack and cannot be interrupted. However, if it is executed while you are Hidden, this attack will do tremendous damage, as you waylay your unsuspecting foe. This attack may be interrupted if you move or are attacked while executing this power and are hidden. Using this power while not hidden has a chance to critically hit equal to 33.3% times the number of stacks of Assassin's Focus. Using Assassin's Psi Blade has a good chance to grant Insight if used while not hidden and a very high chance to grant Insight if used while hidden. Using Assassin's Strike when not hidden will remove all stacks of Assassin's Focus regardless if you critically hit or not.

PsionicMelee Boggle.png Boggle

You flood your foe's mind with doubt causing them to become confused for a brief time. Confused foes will attack their allies. Boggle will also place the "Boggled" effect on your target for a short time. Attacking a Boggled target will increase your chance of gaining Insight.
