You have trained with the elite D.U.S.T. of First Ward during your free time, earning the D.U.S.T. Ranger Day Job. Logging out in the D.U.S.T Training Facility will hone your skills further, granting you a bonus to your damage, accuracy, and range for a short time.

Your damage, ToHit, and Range have been increased slightly due to your training from your Day Job.
The Elite Ranger day job power grants +2% ToHit, +8% Damage, and +10% Range.
Before a character earns this badge:
For every 2 hours logged out, a character gains 1 minute duration, up to a maximum of 2 hours duration.
After a character earns this badge:
For every 1.4 hours logged out, a character gains 1 minute duration, up to a maximum of 2 hours duration.
