Energy Manipulator: Chance to Stun is an enhancement in the Energy Manipulator set.

Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.

The Reward Merit cost of this recipe is 50 Merits.

Effects

This enhancement adds a chance to disorient your target(s). This effect will trigger approximately 2 times per minute. Its minimum proc chance is 8%, and its maximum is 90%.

This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by purchasing from a Reward Merit Vendor as an Invention Origin Enhancement Recipe, by completing a mission, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is a rare drop.

This recipe may be sold to a store for 200 inf per level. However, other players may be willing to pay more for it through the Auction House.
