The Powers Division is the section of Emperor Cole's security forces that is comprised almost completely of super-powered people or entities.

Just because you have super powers doesn't mean you're better than anybody. It means you have a civic duty to serve.
In Praetoria, if you have super powers, want to carry a gun or other weapon, or are an expert in unarmed combat, you join the Powers Division. This means any Praetorian player character is automatically part of the Powers Division.

As dangerous as she is beautiful, Aria is the alluring siren of the Powers Division's Top Dogs. Her mastery over illusion has allowed her to defeat rivals without lifting a finger, and her musical laughter can quickly turn deadly if you cross her.

Cleopatra is a woman who has fought every moment to get where she is today. Despite having everything she could have when she was growing up, she wanted to live the fight of a fighter. She received nothing but the best training and has proven herself to not only be a high ranking member of the Loyalists, but also Praetor White's girlfriend.

Cocky and self-centered, Reese has good reason to throw his weight around Powers Division. Of all of Marauder's Top Dogs none have risen higher or faster than him. No other Powers Division member can match Reese's strength, skill, and cunning, a point he makes abundantly clear with the broken bodies of those who would dare challenge him.

You can quickly hurl small bolts of electricity at foes. Charged Bolts deals light damage and also drains some endurance.

You can send a large blast of electrical energy at a foe. Lightning Bolt deals good damage and also drains some endurance.

Hurls a highly charged ball of lightning that explodes on contact. Ball Lightning deals good damage in an area and also drains some endurance from each target it hits.

KineticBoost Transfusion.png Transfusion Ranged (Targetted Area of Effect), Foe -Endurance, -Regeneration, Team Heal
Transfusion drains an enemy of some endurance and reduces the target's regeneration rate, and transfers that energy, in the form of hit points, to all allies near the affected foe. You can use Transfusion to heal yourself as well as your allies.

KineticBoost SiphonPower.png Siphon Power Ranged, Foe -Damage, Team +Damage
You can siphon the power from a targeted foe, reducing his damage potential. The power is transferred back to you, increasing your own damage potential and that of all nearby allies.

You can siphon the speed from a targeted foe, slowing his movement and attack rate while boosting your own.

Riptide's frightening appearance is matched only by his brutality in combat. He can discharge lethal amounts of bio-electricity on anyone who gets too close, while clusters of retractable poisonous spines discourage anyone from staying within arms reach. Despite his monstrous countenance, Riptide is an honorable man outside of combat, but start a fight with him, and all semblance of civility is tabled until victory is had.

Stern has been replacing his body with cybernetics his entire life. Born a quadriplegic, Stern's only dream was to be a hero and to help others. He was given that chance when a mysterious benefactor offered to give him the body of a true hero. He has since gained recognition amongst the Powers Division and earned a place in the Top Dogs. His steady detachment from humanity, however, has given him a reputation as a ruthless and uncaring adversary.

Determined and dependable, Warrant rose from the ranks of the PPD and into the Powers Division. His custom armor is not only symbolic of his dedication to Praetoria, but it also packs quite a bit more punch than the gear issued to the police.


Zane

Main Article: Zane

Zane and Reese have had a rivalry since they both joined Powers Division. Constantly chasing Reese for the top spot, Zane has remained adamant that he can and will defeat Reese, a claim he has yet to prove. Despite this, Zane is tougher than any other Top Dog, and has earned the respect of Powers Division as a strong and honorable ally.
