This backpack grants any person the ability to fly for a short period. If you attack a target while this pack is on, your flight speed will be temporarily reduced to hover speed. You have this power for a total of 2 hours usage time.


How to Get

Both Villains and Heroes can obtain this temporary power. It is awarded for characters that complete the Atlas Park Mayhem Mission or Safeguard Mission if they are at least level 5.
