Overview
Blue King Studios published twelve issues of the City of Heroes comic book. The series focused on the story of War Witch, Apex, and Horus. It was written by Rick Dakan, a former game designer for City of Heroes. The art was by Brandon McKinney and coloring was by Moose Bauman.
