The Will to Win plaque is a new plaque contained in the Rikti War Zone co-op zone. It is currently associated with no known history badge.

This plaque can be found south of the downed ship. (This one is extremely difficult to reach. It is on a wall immediately next to one of the Rikti pylons. You'll probably need to take out the pylon or else have Phase Shift to get to it.)
