Should this (and other post-launch powersets) mention when it was introduced?
- Sign talk pages with four tildes or the squigly looking button above the editing box (second form the right).
- Adding notes about when these were added should be placed at the bottom in a Notes section, IMO. Start a forum post stating what you will be doing, and if anyone objects then we'll go from there. Lightning Reflexes gives a flight speed bonus as of 8-16-06. It currently is worded as "+Movement Speed". Is there any reason to reword the power effects since movement encompasses flight? - Snorii 07:02, 29 August 2006 (PDT)
- I went ahead and just added a note under the power description.
