Where # is 0 to 3 which represents costume slots 1 to 4. You can only change costumes every 30 seconds.
Example:
/cc 2 switches you to costume in slot 3
/cc 0 switches you to costume in slot 1

Some players make a particular costume to match a power. Mid-combat it does not make sense to click Menu, then Costume (k), then click on the costume you wish to switch to. A faster method is to hit \ (backslash) then K then click on the costume you wish. The fastest, most efficient method is a Macro or Bind to quickly switch costumes.
