This is an enhancement in the Overwhelming Force set.
Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted per build.
Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.
Effects
This Enhancement will grant the power it's slotted in a 20% chance to deal knock down. Additionally, it will convert any knock back the power already deals to knock down.
This enhancement improves the damage of your power by the following amounts:

How to Obtain
This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by completing the Summer Blockbuster trial, from Reward Merit Vendors for 100 Reward Merits, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
