The Halloween Costume Bundle is available on the Paragon Market for 400 Paragon Points. If purchasing all of the pieces separately, they would cost 800pp total.

The Halloween bundle is only available from October 18 to November 18, 2011. After the purchase window expires, all of the individual items and the bundle itself will be removed from the Paragon Market.
