The following details were revealed at the City of Heroes panel at the PAX East Convention on March 27, 2010.

  • Nine new levels of the Incarnate System; the first level will be included as part of Going Rogue.
  • New rewards, new zone events, and the "End Game System". NOTE: "End Game System" will only be available to player who purchase [Going Rogue]]
